isting and future hardware products
▪ Establishing the communication structure within the project
team and towards global stakeholders
▪ Ensuring that the program is executed efficiently according to
the company’s agile product development procedures
▪ Safeguarding the quality of project deliverables
▪ Collaboration with stakeholders, development teams and func-
tion leads to define deliverables and subsequent tasks and track
their progress
▪ HR responsibility for a team of project engineers

* Implementation of the corporate strategy (revenue targets, target
markets/ applications) into a product strategy for a specific
technical domain
* Definition of the product requirements to a sufficient level that
project teams can execute on
* Maintaining that the Product-Market fit is kept during development until
timed launch
* Interface management between different corporate functions
(Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production)
* Creation of a platform for partners to contribute to and manage
the ecosystem in a way that valuable additions are made available to the
customers that help increase market potential

* Lead Manufacturing & Operations transformation programs to drive process
& innovation activities
* Engage in client facing and thought leadership activities including
developing new Points of View and driving business development
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Development of Accenture's Additive Manufacturing capabilities and
offerings
* Involvement in internal and external recruiting and people development
