Role: Full-Stack Developer, AI Specialist, Team Lead
In this project, I developed an intelligent solution for the automated analysis of IT documents using modern machine learning methods. The goal was to extract the skills of IT experts to efficiently support recruiters and the EIC in candidate selection. My responsibilities included implementing both the frontend and backend, as well as developing machine learning models. Additionally, I took on the leadership and mentoring of working students to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

For this project, I developed a comprehensive web application for managing and optimizing job advertisements. The solution provides a user-friendly dashboard for creating and editing ads while considering specific user requirements. Additionally, features for publishing and unpublishing ads online and offline were implemented. My experience in both backend and frontend development was instrumental in ensuring a stable and high-performance solution.

In this project, I designed and implemented a web-based search engine that enables users to find experts based on their skills and qualifications. The application offers advanced filtering and search functionalities to ensure precise candidate selection. I played a key role in the overall technical architecture and actively mentored trainees through targeted guidance and coaching to ensure adherence to best development practices.
