* Worked closely with the teams to build a huge data analytics initiative that harnesses
artificial intelligence (AI) and ML to cull usable information from biomedical data. The scope
of the initiative is to bring the researcher's analysis and computation to where sensitive
data resides, instead of moving the information itself around.
* Coach and mentored 4 teams, to define and achieve spring goals focusing on continuous
improvement (4 POs, 4 architects, 12 back-end developers, 8 front-end developers and 8 QA
engineers, UI/UX Designers, 4 Data Scientists, 2 ML engineers, 2 Validation Managers)
* Helped the Leadership team embrace the DevOps culture and change the company's strategic
framework with OKRs.
* Facilitated scrum events and community meetings, empowered people and enabled productive
conversations using Liberating structures and other facilitation techniques;
* Supported teams to make sure that SAFe Implementation Roadmap is followed according to the
SAFE Implementation Roadmap

* Three brands whose commercial activities are centred around three core markets: property
conveyancing, residential insurance and the provision of web-hosted spatial data information
solutions for utilities.
* Setting up the SAFe framework across companies for most effective work (22 Agile teams/350
people), using Scrum and Kanban. International teams with on-site visits and cross-team
collaboration. The connecting function between customers and teams (10 internal and 19
external)Helping with test strategy, a system of 120 microservices in total.
* Reviewed and inspected existing processes in different teams and supported them to develop
their maturity.
* Act as a change agent with a view that everything can be improved, doing that by encouraging
change challenging the status quo, making people's working lives better;

* Geodesys is a leading provider of land and property search information for legal professionals
and developers. Offering a broad range of products for residential and commercial property
transactions.
* Revamped the company's E-commerce website from scratch, and enhanced the UX and usability by
embracing the use of new technologies like Angular, Microservices, and Agile approach, the
team delivered value early and before the agreed schedules.
* Guided 2 teams in Agile way of working, 2 PO, 10back and front end developers,2 QA, 2
Automation Engineers, 2 UI/UX Designers, in total 100+ people project.
* Actively promoted Agile Mindset and principles, chaired Agile and discovery workshops. Guided
new joiners and existing team members with the best practices of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
