Project: Project is one of the biggest SAP implementations in Germany.
S4/HANA SAP MM implementation contains innovative SAP
products (SAP Central Contract), comprehensive S4/HANA best
practice processes, non-SAP cloud solution, SAP add-ons and
customer-specific solutions focused on providing a global solution
template. The implementation set up based on greenfield
roadmap for innovative solutions and brownfield roadmap for
customer-specific solutions. The design and development phase
were supported by an agile project management methodology.
The project ends in two international Go Lives and provides a
global solution template.
