To provide career and academic counseling, planning, and advising to potential students.  To assist students in the development of admission strategies, writing skills, and completion of applications.  To participate in the development of student recruitment and retention plans, strategies, and written materials.  Responsible to visit Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman & Qatar to speak to groups and individual students, in seminars.  To arrange online & face to face meetings with future students and their parents.  To serves as a liaison to develop partnerships between the institute and universities and colleges in the South Asia & Middle East.  To creates a database of prospective and current students and future students.  To create and distribute resource materials for student recruitment programs.  To develop admission programs; analyze trends in recruitment program and develop strategies for program evaluation.  To prepare reports and proposals, and respond to inquiries from students and colleges/universities. .  Defined and articulated goal learning outcomes, performance metrics and changes to improve student learning.  Implemented cross-training to improve depth of skill sets within team.
