As an Agile Coach in a SAFe environment, I actively guide a team, including coaching a Product Owner and a Scrum Master in mastering Scrum methodologies.
I utilize a strategic approach filled with targeted questions, tailored suggestions, and innovative ideas to foster a natural workflow that enhances team dynamics and performance.
My goal is to create a supportive atmosphere where both individuals and the team can flourish, leading to sustained growth and continuous improvement. I'm committed to cultivating an environment that promotes development and achieves key milestones effectively.
In my role as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, working alongside my colleague Tanja K., we oversee three teams with the goal of firmly integrating the Scrum methodology into their daily operations.
Our responsibilities include organizing and moderating meetings to guide the teams towards an agile mindset. Additionally, we design and lead workshops, provide individual coaching sessions, and coach the Product Owners (POs).
These initiatives are part of an agile transformation aimed at advancing the teams into the performing phase, where they can operate independently and effectively.
