I have worked across UX projects of all shapes and sizes, since 2011 that ultimately help people to get on with their lives, including: NHS, Croydon Council, Kent County Council, Confused.com, Human Race, MSIF, Admiral Insurance Group, Explore Kent and many more...
I have worked within an agency multi disciplinary team. Given the smaller scale of this team, I have been fortunate to be instrumental in the end to end UX research project journey - from proposals and tenders, to strategy/planning, full implementation of methodologies, all the way through to IA and supporting UX/UI design.
Skills
I have experience of a vast range of UX research methods and am very confident in choosing the right tools to gap-fill knowledge. I am capable of planning and delivering just the right amount of research to achieve success; balancing user needs, business requirements and content delivery.
