maintained with new service providers.

* Negotiated Group Deals which involved changing payment terms from 30 days to 60 days less 2.5%
and 30 days less 5.0% for almost 80% of the suppliers to the Insulation and Modular Division
which equated to about 15 suppliers. (These deals also had to be made available to the other
Southey Business units - Dormac, Gascon, Iso Moulders etc.). Real value saving was about 20%
annual spend - about R 2 million

* Project managed sourcing of new product materials and implementation of advanced manufacturing
techniques.
* Implemented Centralized Purchasing with remote point delivery and warehousing - thereby ensuring
that we did not have to hold stock while at the same time ensuring that stock would be available
to us at the remote build sites.
Reason for leaving: My father passed away and I assisted my mother in running the company to secure
financing while the estate was wound up

* Provided a remote inspection service focused on revenue protection for the bus passenger
transport industry
* Ensured that the camera footage was watched and reported on the following incidents:
* Bad driving - speeding, reckless and dangerous driving
* Theft of revenue by the drivers by not issuing tickets to paying passengers o Carrying
of dangerous goods inside the bus o Condition of the Roads for passenger safety.

requirements
