Mr. Krupezki is an experienced consultant in project management. He is characterized by sharp expertise and a pragmatic approach. In past projects, he has planned agile and hybrid-scaled approaches, coordinated the procedure with stakeholders, trained teams over several days, trained project managers, product owners and scrum masters, accompanied the start-up phases of the teams, temporarily took over positions and carried out retrospectives in cumbersome projects.
