I am an experienced Project Manager (PMI, Scrum) and IT Architect with more than 25 years of expertise in delivering international digital and CMS projects. Position as Program Director and CTO shaped my career.

My focus is on the implementation and management of complex Java / Web projects, especially Content Management Systems (CMS) and enterprise-scale E-Commerce platforms. In addition, I lead cybersecurity projects, particularly WAF and CDN solutions with Akamai and Cloudflare.

I take full responsibility for quality, timeline, budget, and scope. Through clear communication and structured processes, I ensure the success of interdisciplinary project teams. I bring extensive experience in motivating international teams, stakeholder management, and collaboration with PMOs and service providers.

As a leader, I see myself as a servant leader: I set clear expectations, foster accountability, and encourage open and transparent communication within the project. I engage with a solution-oriented approach at all levels—from executives to development teams—and I am skilled in presentation and moderation, including in international and challenging environments.

I combine deep technical know-how in CMS and cloud technologies (Contentful, CoreMedia, FirstSpirit, Azure, Kubernetes) with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

My expertise includes PMI, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies, as well as strong proficiency in MS Project Server, Clarity, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SAP, and MS 365.

For the past 8 years, I have successfully managed my own consulting company (dnext GmbH). Before that, I held roles as consultant, developer, CTO, project manager, and team lead—shaping projects in IT service providers, digital agencies, and fast-paced internet startups.
