Ich bin seit mehr als zehn Jahren freiberuflich als Advanced Scrum Master, agiler Coach sowie als Product Owner tätig. In dieser Zeit habe ich mehrfach die Transformation von Unternehmen in Richtung Produktorganisation erfolgreich begleitet. Ich verfüge über umfassende Erfahrungen in der Automobil- und Energiewirtschaft sowie im Finanz- und Retail-Bereich. Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeiten habe ich zahlreiche Workshops zu den Themen agile Zusammenarbeit und Produktentwicklung durchgeführt.

Bei CARIAD habe ich an der Einführung einer SAFe-Lösung zur Entwicklung von Connected Cars und E-Mobilität mitgewirkt. Dazu gehörten unter anderem PI-Plannings (viermal vor Ort, zwölfmal remote) mit jeweils 100 bis über 1000 Teilnehmern, zahlreiche Teambuilding-Workshops, Story Mappings und sehr viele Retrospektiven auf Team-, Programm- und Führungsebene.

Zuvor habe ich unter anderem in der Schifffahrt/Werft, in den Öffentlichen Medien und im Marketing digitale Plattformen, sowie MVPs und mobile Applikationen mitentwickeln können.

I have been working as a freelance Advanced Scrum Master and Agile Coach as well as a Product Owner for more than ten years. During this time, I have successfully accompanied the transformation of companies towards product organisation on several occasions. I have extensive experience in the automotive and energy industries as well as in the financial and retail sectors. As part of these activities, I have conducted numerous workshops on the topics of agile collaboration and product development.

At CARIAD, I was involved in the introduction of a SAFe solution for the development of connected cars and e-mobility. This included PI planning (four times on site, twelve times remotely) with 100 to over 1000 participants each time, numerous team building workshops, story mappings and many retrospectives at team, programme and management level.

Previously, I was able to help develop digital platforms, MVPs and mobile applications e.g. in the shipping/shipyard, public media and marketing sectors, among others.
