hardware installation, power-on, interconnection with Backbone, first-call

Worked at ALMAVIVA within the Telecom Italia Sparkle Second Level
Support Network Operations Center (NOC) for both Voice and Data service.
Responsibilities included Monitoring, verifying Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs), identifying issues using simulation tools, and implementing necessary
actions to restore or optimize services.
