Projekthistorie
- Interim Project Manager for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for the modules Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding with integration to SAP HCM payroll. Project preparation for the introduction of Performance and Goals as well as the Learning Module.
- Process definition, test design and concept, test support and documentation
- Establishment of internal HR operational support processes and competence transformation within the HR-IT team.
- Supporting the further HR-IT roadmap definition and planning of future digitization projects in close cooperation with the HR and IT department.
- Project Manager for the replacement of rexx with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning with parallel implementation of ATOSS as time management software, aconso as digital personnel file solution and ServiceNow as employee service request tool.
- Integration of all HR applications and setup of an interface to the payroll provider with SAP SuccessFactors as single-source of truth for employee data and HR processes.
- Partner with the HR Leadership team, Business Process Owners, IT, 3rd party suppliers and further stakeholders to develop, enhance, improve and operate the new HR system landscape.
- Establishment of the new HR-IS team within the HR organization. Operating model definition in close collaboration with IT. Hire, onboard and develop new team members for the operational work, release upgrades and support of HR colleagues for process enhancements.
- Main point of contact for Managers and employees of the German sites, Luxembourg and UK on HR related topics. Resolve employee requests and issues, handle promotions and advise on salary increases.
