Responsible for overseeing and coordinating European-wide logistics operations with a focus on truck scheduling, linehaul management, and capacity planning. Supports daily transportation planning activities, optimizes fleet utilization, and ensures timely delivery performance across borders. Collaborates closely with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and manage truck schedules to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
- Coordinate linehaul operations, optimizing routes and reducing empty mileage.
- Monitor and forecast transportation capacity needs across Europe.
- Work with logistics providers and internal planners to resolve bottlenecks.
- Use data analytics tools to track KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Support contingency planning for disruptions or volume fluctuations.
- Strong knowledge of European transportation networks and regulations.
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., TMS, SAP, Oracle).
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English
Provides operational and technical support during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and consolidation processes. Ensures timely and accurate group reporting in compliance with local GAAP, assists with intercompany reconciliation, and supports the implementation and maintenance of consolidation systems and procedures.
