- Legal monitoring of current legal developments in the relevant jurisdictions - evaluation of the business impact for the company
- Implementation of a new training essay for virtual data protection training including conceptualization of training videos; organization of internal data protection events including internal accompanying communication.
- Creation of internal guidance on the topic of artificial intelligence, risk assessment from a data protection perspective, creation of relevant accompanying documents (e.g. privacy notices), support for the internal AI Governance Board in evaluating new use cases for the use of AI
- Supporting the business in the creation of internal departmental data protection policies (e.g. access rights or deletion & retention) and working instructions
- Data privacy risk assessments and support with the implementation of suitable mitigation measures
- Supplier evaluation, review of data protection contracts (data processing agreements, joint controllership, controller 2 controller transfers) and creation of own templates in this context; independent negotiation of data protection clauses in contracts with service providers
