- Custom development over the SharePoint platform and Features Packaging using Visual Studio (C# and ASP.NET), SharePoint Designer
- Dynamics CRM projects: Planning the architecture of the solution based on the three main operational categories: Marketing, Sales and Service, planning the security strategy using sales territories, business units and customized security roles
- Build business and functional requirements by describing what a particular SharePoint Server, Dynamics CRM or SQL Server feature, process, product, or service must do to fulfill the business requirements, in collaboration with the business analysts; help to produce the requirement specification
- Implement change requests for existing applications or bespoke systems and continuously keep technical documentation synchronized and up to date;
- Delivering official Microsoft Learning curricula trainings (for which I have the authorisation according to my Microsoft Transcript) or build custom training packages for both technical and end users;
- Actively participate the acceptance processes for the delivered end-products in cooperation with selected business users;
