Since Spring 2024:
Cover for Senior Workplace Manager of US media company, supervising Office Services / Facility / H&S / Security of Teams in CEE and Nordics: Budapest, Warsaw, Berlin, Stockholm, Copenhague and Prague, approx. 1000 employees, various office sizes. Due to vacancy in the role before, re-org to transform offices from a pre-pandemic to a post-pandemic state had to be done in 2024 - on a staff as well as on a space-planning level.
Summer 2024:
Merging mid-size NGO (150 employees) from two floors of 1000 sqm each into one floor of 1000 sqm, while implementing a hybrid workplace system. Agile move management under high time pressure (10 weeks from idea to finish) with an emphasis on communicating in a vital, multi-national and low hierarchy environment.
