I am an AWS Networking and Security Engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex cloud and network infrastructures. My expertise lies in building secure, scalable, and high-performance environments that align with industry best practices and organizational goals. I specialize in network security, cloud architecture, and incident response, ensuring that systems remain protected, optimized, and reliable.

With an Honours degree from the University of Cape Town, I bring both academic excellence and practical, hands-on experience to every project. My technical skill set includes configuring and securing AWS services such as VPCs, IAM, EC2, and Security Groups, as well as optimizing network performance through robust routing, VPN, and load-balancing solutions. I have a proven ability to identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive measures that safeguard digital assets.

Beyond infrastructure, I am proficient in Python programming, which I leverage to automate repetitive tasks, develop custom security scripts, and enhance overall system efficiency. I also have experience using Kali Linux for malware analysis and forensic investigations, enabling me to respond effectively to cyber threats and attacks.
