As an independent consultant, I bring more than six years of experience in the development and implementation of strategies across marketing, digital transformation, and technology. My core expertise includes the evaluation and implementation of complex marketing and data systems such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP). I have led and supported multiple system selection and rollout projects, including RfI/RfP processes, requirements engineering, tool scoring, contracting and change management – often at the intersection of business, IT, and external vendors.
I specialize in designing and prioritizing use cases that connect business goals with technological and organizational capabilities. My approach is strongly use case–driven and outcome-oriented, helping organizations to activate their data potential and streamline processes – often enhanced through AI-based automation.
I work with large and mid-sized enterprises, both B2B and B2C, and have gained valuable insights across various industries including automotive, retail, finance, and telecom. Past clients include major brands such as Porsche, Vodafone, Canon, DATEV, Aldi and others. I am highly comfortable working in agile and hybrid team environments and can take on both strategic and hands-on roles.
In addition to my consulting experience in Germany and the EU, I have also supported international companies from China and Southeast Asia in entering the German market – particularly in the fields of industrial manufacturing and consumer goods. These projects included market entry strategy, localization, and business development support, often involving intercultural communication and coordination with local stakeholders.
My work is characterized by high reliability, clear communication, and strong stakeholder engagement. I am proficient in English and German, work independently and remotely with a structured, goal-oriented mindset, and combine business understanding with a strong affinity for technical topics – especially martech systems and AI.
