- Headed up credit risk and regulatory reporting software release process, worked alongside Group Data Officer and communicated effectively to all stakeholders covering 15 legal entities (IT divisions, risk, financial and data officers).
- Executed strategic support for Data Modelling, Data Governance and Data Engineering in alignment with the overarching corporate data strategy. This involved a hands-on approach to developing robust data frameworks and governance protocols that facilitated informed decision-making and ensured data integrity across the organization. Analysed and documented the data lineage of 200+ data flows in Collibra as part of the feasibility study for migrating on-premises solutions for data processing and reporting to the cloud following the bank data mesh strategy.
- Directed multi-functional team for the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated solutions for regulatory reporting: revised rules on capital requirements (CRR II/CRD V) and related common reporting framework (COREP), new framework for capital requirements for the banking (Basel IV), and reporting requirements issued by the Single Resolution Board (SRB). Leveraged Big Data (Python/PySpark) to analyze large data warehouses and conduct in-dept analyses to comply with the regulatory requirements.
- Led the development of a toolkit for automatic reconciliation of COREP and FINREP reporting systems according to Regulation (EU) No. 2019/876 of the European Parliament.
- Controlled entire project lifecycle from scope definition, requirement gathering, budget, tasks and schedules, and managed IT governance.
- Directed the implementation of projects to enable strategic partnerships for the specialized management of Unlikely-To Pay (UTP) loans such as Panthers and Tahiti Projects.
