Full stack web developer

I'm a freelance full-stack web developer based in Munich, Germany. I mainly work with Ruby on Rails (full-time since 2007) and JavaScript. I have experience in working on the backend side of things only (including API only applications) as well as working full-stack (slicing a photoshop design into HTML/CSS, writing the JavaScript frontend, Ruby on Rails backend) and working on the frontend only (esp. in JavaScript). Due to my background in Bioinformatics I am also used to large data sets and data visualizations.
