I am a TÜV Rheinland Certified Functional Safety Engineer with over 12 years of engineering experience and 5 years of specialization in machinery functional safety across the APAC region. With a Mechatronics Engineering background and a strong foundation in industrial control systems, I deliver practical, hands-on solutions that bridge the gap between compliance requirements and real-world automation environments.
Unlike many consultants who focus only on theoretical or documentation-based approaches, I bring deep technical insight, field experience, and analytical problem-solving skills developed through years of direct engagement with manufacturing processes, machine design, and control integration.

Lead and execute functional safety lifecycle activities including risk assessment, safety requirements specification, design, implementation, verification and validation. Conduct safety analyses such as FMEA, FTA, HAZOP/HAZID, What-If and FMEDA to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, hardware, software, V&V and quality assurance to ensure safety requirements are appropriately implemented and validated.
Design Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and CMMS Program for better planning, traceability and develop continuous improvement culture to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance cost and optimize plant performance. Implement energy efficiency program to reduce energy consumption, sustainability initiative and improve reliability of utility equipment with Building Management System.
Support Region & Countries in securing customer care, equipment reliability and effective troubleshooting. Prepare and execute installation & commissioning of equipment or plants and provide related lifecycle services together with the country organization.
