With over 7 years of experience in social compliance and supply chain audits, I am a skilled and knowledgeable auditor and consultant. I have conducted over 550 social compliance audits in Europe, including Germany, Romania, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland, and have developed expertise in the supply chain compliance of the shipbuilding and manufacturing sectors.
My education includes a Master's degree in European Studies, with a thesis on social responsibility in the maritime sector, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies. I am well versed in European laws, conventions, and regulations, and have a keen understanding of how European companies navigate these regulations.
As a freelancer auditor and consultant, I have experience with various standards, including SA 8000, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, CSR, and code of conduct/supply chain.
My training includes certifications in methodology of research, designing the research activity in European Studies, safety of work according to SCC normative, first aid, and auditor for EN ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. I am also a certified SA8000 Auditor by Social Accountability International.
In addition to my experience and education, I possess excellent language skills, including fluency in English and Romanian, proficiency in German, good knowledge of Spanish and Italian, and a grounding in French. I also have excellent computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office™ tools and SAP.
