For this project I was working as a Sub contractor for Infosys. We followed and documented all of the processes
and knowledge base from the Daimler IT department, including, production and office environment.
After the transfer of KB we assembled a Global Team who was responsible for executing 2nd level support for
the factories in a global aspect. We were covering more than 57 plants with OS release, scheduling patching
management on a monthly basis, troubleshooting and customization of all sorts of PC`s, tablets, laptops, etc.

My job in this position was to ensure proper workflow at various levels of IT hardware and software support,
including updates, patches, re-installations, and hardware maintenance of computers and peripherals. I was a
team leader of 12 employees directly under my supervision and we were covering more than 6000 customers
throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who works for one of the most profitable TK Corporation
branches.
