- Continuous development and technical responsibility for E-Drive systems verification and validation (V&V) strategy
- Responsible for the company-wide coordination of the E-Drive Systems V&V strategy with regard to the technologies, processes, methods and tools used as well as specific customer requirements

- Technical coordination of the functional team as well as organisation and coordination of the test teams
- Process analysis and evaluation based on Aspice and ISO26262 for process optimisation and implementation
