We successfully passed the FDA and Swiss Medic audit within a perfect zero notification rate.
Digital Transformation:
Implementation of IIoT platforms and OSIsoft in pharmaceutical industry, with experience in ThingWorx deployments and data extraction from LIMS/Oracle/MES systems.
Agile Methodologies:
Certified in Safe Scale (Scaled Agile Inc.) and PSM I (Scrum Master), applying these frameworks to life science project delivery.
Risk Management:
Change and Risk Management expertise with IBMI certification, focusing on strategic planning and risk mitigation in regulated environments.
