Deep knowledge of MES, LIMS, QC Lab operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. When I was 38 years old, I successfully operationalized a new pharmaceutical plant (BMS, 2 production lines in OEL2 and OEL3 zones, 3 packaging lines, a full QC lab, etc).
We successfully passed the FDA and Swiss Medic audit within a perfect zero notification rate.
Digital Transformation:
Implementation of IIoT platforms and OSIsoft in pharmaceutical industry, with experience in ThingWorx deployments and data extraction from LIMS/Oracle/MES systems.
Agile Methodologies:
Certified in Safe Scale (Scaled Agile Inc.) and PSM I (Scrum Master), applying these frameworks to life science project delivery.
Risk Management:
Change and Risk Management expertise with IBMI certification, focusing on strategic planning and risk mitigation in regulated environments.
Compliance & Validation:
Experience with GxPs, I am ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. For example, from a CSV standpoint, I can create related deliverables from the Validation plan to the validation report.
