Responsible for setting up and implementing a Pontoon tech-enabled end-to-end recruitment solution globally for all internal
colleague hiring and for all brands (approx. 10'000 hires per year) My main responsibilities are:
* Implementation of new global tech enabled recruitment solution
* Setting up new global processes, way of working, defining sourcing and recruitment strategy
globally/regionally and locally
* Building up a global recruitment team with around 150 colleagues onsite and offsite functions
(in Country and in hubs)
* Managing stakeholder with business leads in the countries, regions, globally
* Building up analytics, reporting to measure success of solution
* Involvement in change management activities during roll out of new solution
* Continuous improvement of solution

* Provide HR support to local business lines upon needs and under the mandate of the company's executives
* Responsible for re-structuring and transformation of entire HR Organisation in Germany with 49 employees:
Main projects:
* Standardization and optimization of all HR processes and implementation of HR System
Peoplesoft for entire workforce
* Reorganisation of HR team with creation of Shared Service Center
* Creation of COE´s with Talent Attraction, HRBP, Talent Management with clear tasks and
responsibilities
* Provide HR support to local business lines upon needs and under the mandate of the company's executives

* Facilitate and support local and global HR initiatives, in alignment with the Group (Job Architecture/Job Grading,
Assessment framework for Senior Executives globally, Org Design for HR in medium-size countries)
* Single point of contact for Swiss subsidiary for implementation of Group HR good practices and processes
* Development and Implementation of key local HR projects like Career and Training path for all brands, Talent Planning
Process, Swiss Talent review, Succession planning, Implementation of Taleo and Peoplesoft HR etc.)
* Manage a team of 13 employees, including HR Business Partners, TA Team L&D, HR Operations
Key Achievements:
Re-organisation of entire HR Team with HR Business Partners for different brands and COE's (TA, L&D, HR Ops)
Definition of all key roles within Adecco and creation of a career path for all brands in Switzerland
Managed a global project to develop an assessment framework for Senior Executives within Adecco globally Improved
the Employee satisfaction and retention in the last 2 years
