* Blended role of HR Program & Change Management Lead to carry out crossfunctional
organisational projects in collaboration with HRIS/HRIT teams &
transformation initiatives to serve both HR & company strategy:
* Set up internal HR Service Center (including client helpline & request
management tool: ServiceNow) in CH as pilot & template for global rollout
* SAP SuccessFactors rollout across Europe as per HR digitalisation efforts
* In charge of change methods & practices incorporated into strategic &
operational projects, including associated communications (email newsletters,
intranet articles etc.) & trainings to minimise resistance & maximise adoption
* Identified inefficiencies and defined appropriate actions to improve HR
operations' agility, effectiveness & efficiency: analysed current core processes,
roles & responsibilities, systems & defined improvement objectives with HRLT
* Proposed action plan, including: business case, stakeholder & change impact
analysis, change management & communication approach, risk
management, project team definition
* Lead the implementation of organisational change: designed high level
organisation & identified major changes required (e.g. new roles, headcount
adjustments), prepared the transformation with stakeholders in collaboration
mode, supported the redesign of processes (process maps, SOPs &
knowledge repository), tracked and reported status, initiated decision-making
process, lead a community of Change Agents, helped to develop new teams
* Fostered continuous improvement by coaching teams, proposing reflection
on current way of working, encouraging collective work, facilitating
knowledge exchange, driving skills development - to up-skill for the future

* Undertook the role Regional Change Management Lead carrying through
global strategy customised to region to ensure company-wide alignment
* Provided E2E project leadership from scope definition through planning,
design, delivery, closure and control, including communication & training
* Project Plan & Budget Owner: made sure of meeting milestones (progress
