* Setup and Refine Overall Program
* Managed the technical readiness, integration and launch
of the M2M platform
* Coordinated and managed activities across business and
technical departments
* Managed vendor, led and coordinated workstreams
* Preparation and conducting cutover
* Managed the pilot customer phase
* Customer Onboarding in the automotive sector BMW and
Daimler

Tasks after the Go Live:
* Ensured system streamlining and Go Live stabilization
* Set up and coordinated Task Force core team
* Onboarding of Daimler AG
