- Led the end-to-end digital transformation of Besins Healthcare Germany’s pharmaceutical field service, modernizing sales, compliance, and customer-engagement processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure AI.
- Designed an integrated CRM and Field Service architecture combining Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, and Azure AI into a unified, data-driven platform.
