Program Management eines großen und mehrjährigen Software Entwicklungsvorhaben
Im Rahmen eines IT-Insourcing-Projekts bei CANCOM im hochregulierten Bankensektor war ich verantwortlich für die Koordination und Abstimmung interner und externer Stakeholder sowie für die Dokumentation ITIL- und ServiceNow-basierter Prozesse in folgenden Bereichen:
