I have more than 20 years of experience in the management, organization and optimization of chemical production plants.
I've been a key leader in implementing the Operational Excellence and Lean Management in Evonik Ind.. I've experience building a global production system with a focus on continuous improvement. I'm an experienced moderator of conferences, especially using digital technology.
Previously, I have been in charge of a large-scale production complex for the production of various specialty chemicals.

There I have implemented a self-directed work team organization including Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma.
I'm a registered BAFA Energy Auditor.

With focus on Lean Management, I currently support providers of digital solutions for production plants.
