Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous optimization of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Design and implement incident and problem management processes to minimize business disruption
- Develop, maintain, and lead the execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including regular DR testing
