With my consulting company TMC I am offering consulting services to insurance companies.
We have extensive expertise in insurance and have successfully delivered large and complex projects across the value chain and in all lines of business.
Together with our consulting partners we are able to to deliver projects of any complexity and size.

In my role as Manager at Accenture Strategy I had the opportunity to advise clients in the insurance sector on key challenges that are shaping the industry.

My key focus areas include:
- Current trends and developments in all insurance lines of business
- Strategy development on corporate, management department and business unit level
- Strategy execution and controlling with agile or controlling-based approaches (KPI-Systems, BSC, etc.)
- Strategic Management Systems and Processes
- Organisational restructuring

As Manager at BearingPoint held several leadership roles: I managed large and complex projects, I led a team of consultants and I engaged in Business Development to the insurance market.
Furthermore, I led the firm-wide competence group of strategic insurance controlling.
My areas of expertise include insurance management, strategy, controlling, product management, finance, risk management and insurance regulation.
