Scope of the Project/Role:
- From an external perspective, im the first point of contact for the businessside when it comes to implementing and designing new processes in Salesforce. The coordination of requirements between different areas and stakeholders is also a part of the work.
- As a product owner im responsible for the further development of our Salesforce platform in close alignment with the whole ITteam (integration to other systems, Team-Size: approx. 40 FTE)
- I ensure a consistent analysis of requirements and business processes based on a endto-end view and with a strong view on the business-plan calculation
- Im responsible for prioritizing requirements, maintaining the backlog and creating user stories
- The preparation of workshops (together with specialized developers) is also in my area of responsibility
- Im also interface directly with Salesforce and take care of license, contract and featureretirement/enforcement management
