  • Project Discovery & Scoping
    Conduct end-to-end requirement workshops with HR, payroll, IT and compliance stakeholders; translate business needs into a signed Statement of Work and high-level solution design.
  • Functional Solution Design
    Map current-state HR processes and design future-state workflows leveraging UKG HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Base, Employee Files, Process Automation). Produce functional specifications and configuration workbooks.
  • System Configuration & Parametrisation
    Configure service groups, security roles, data privacy settings, SLA matrices and escalation rules; build dynamic forms and routing logic using Studio and Process Designer.
  • Data Migration & Integration
    Define ETL strategy, cleanse legacy data and execute bulk uploads via Data Loader. Design REST/SFTP integrations with core HCM (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday), payroll and identity-management systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    Create test strategy and scripts (unit, SIT, UAT); lead defect triage cycles and ensure traceability against requirements. Automate regression tests where feasible.
