Responsible for Contracts and Claim Management for DACH Region Germany / Wind Energy such as:
- Customer and subcontractor's contract and Claim management, documentation preparation, and contracting
- awareness towards the complete project team
- Monitoring and control of the contracts during their drafting, execution, and closure
- Ensuring that all prescribed procedures and milestones are followed; Contract’s closure,
including drafting, - Evaluation, negotiation of Contracts (Customers and Subcontractors) in collaboration with

correspondence, - customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other
