Bislang habe ich in zahlreichen internationalen IT- Unternehmen den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von Teams begleitet. Insbesondere kenne ich mich mit der Wachstumsphase von Start-ups zu größeren Strukturen aus. Dabei berate ich Führungskräfte und selbstorganisierte Teams zu DevOps, Kanban, Scrum und anderen Frameworks.
