My targets contained the creation of content to rise users interest for our brand and product on different channels, organic new customer acquisitions and building a longterm brand preference through a stringent and consistent marketing strategy. 
Definition and coordination of a broad and fully integrated marketing and brand strategy to achieve the channel and business targets, planning and application of a sustainable and successful budget spending as well as creating innovative concepts to increase growth were also part of my area of competence. 

As a technical and disciplinary teamlead I collected experiences in planning and delegating tasks to implement the strategy into the workload of my team members. Furthermore It was one of my private goals as a teamlead to support them not only in their functional but also in their personal development.
