instances to a global SAP client incl. master data governance in 15 countries with >

* Creation of a groupwide digital roadmap 2025 that led to the permanent integration
of digitalization into the business strategy planning

* Designed and established a standardized procedure at group level for the integration
of acquired companies (incl. policies, directives and checklists for each function)
* Drove the preparation of integration concepts and developed integration master plans

* Managed the weekly drum beat of the project for the key workstreams which focused on
