Senior Networking and Security Engineer

Duties: Working as a 3rd line system engineer.
* Supporting different customer networks by maintaining the operation and configuring different network
components (Switches, Routers, Proxy SG, F5, Checkpoint, ..etc).
* Providing 3rd level support to various Customers and resolving incidents reported by ITSM remedy tool.
* Troubleshooting and Performing planed changes on F5, Checkpoint and cisco devices upon request
from customer.

Duties
* Implement, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including cisco router, switches and
wireless access points.
* Implement Network security policies and procedures.
* Monitoring performance and insuring system availability and reliability.
* Working within a team with other IT engineers to provide full coverage and 1st level support to other
employees.
