- Design and create Migration programs using the S/4 Data migration Cockpit LTMC and S/4 data Object Modeller LTMOM (Business Partners, Material master, Bill of Materials, Routings, Production Versions IM and WM Stock, Document Info Records, Purchasing price conditions, Sales Price conditions, Customer Material Info Record, Quality Inspection Plans, Asset Master, Characteristics, Classes, Material Substitution)
- Implement Data Mapping Rules in LTMC
- Upload large amount of data in SAP S/4 HANA for UAT, Integration Test and Production
- Test and improve Upload Performances (Internal Tables, Load Packages etc)
- Create LSMW to check data quality for each assigned data object
- Interact with functional (BP, Finance, Logistic, MDM, Purchasing) and business data teams to resolve data issues and ensure data related milestones are met
- Prepare data load procedures and load protocols
- Manage communication with business data team using Jira
- Manage Incidents creation and change requests in Solution Manager 7.2
- Lead Data Team (CaRD Developers, internal and near shore resources) for the efforts related to data extraction, data cleansing and data load
- Define Data Cleansing Strategies, Procedures, Communication and Tracking Tools
- Plan Migration Tests (MTs) and technical data load dependencies for all data objects and Track Data Load Status
- Coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures and languages
- Interact with functional (BM, PLTP, MDM, OTC, PTP, EAM, QM, PMAC) and CaRD Team to understand schedule dependencies, resolve cross-team issues, and ensure data related milestones are met
- Prepare Cutover Plan for multiple Sites involved in the Rollout (Define Business Ramp Down criteria and follow up / Data Migration Activities for master data, transactional data and interfaces / 3rd party system upgrade / Ramp up of the business activities)
- Clarify and define roles and responsibilities for all team members involved in cutover
- Define Cutover Scope/time window
- Manage Cutover execution activities and report status to the Project Management during daily Stand up Calls
- Create data migration test plan and coordinate data migration test execution in Solution Manager 7.2
- Manage Incidents creation and change requests in Solution Manager 7.2
- Organize and coordinate Integration Test and UAT (User acceptance test)
- Create Test plans and Manage Testing in Solution Manager 7.2
- Prepare project status communication to project management related to migration efforts
- Identify, Prioritize, Address, Solve and Block Project Risks/Issues
- Architect, design, test and deploy an Informatica Powercenter 10.1 and IDQ 10.1 based ETL solution to serve Carve in and carve out migration projects for commercial and manufacturing Sites.
- Ensure that Informatica and ETL best practices are implemented
- Run and deliver SAP migration projects using Informatica solution (Italy, Mexico, UK, USA)
- Create interfaces to MDM and BODS SQL server for the data quality checks of Vendor and Customer master
- Perform Data Mapping and workflows for MM data objects with Informatica Powercenter
- Define Data Process Flows and KPI with Informatica DQ (Data Profile, Rules, Scorecards) to improve data quality and support the business users for their data cleansing activities
- Ensure that the data migration process and tool are validated according to the QA standards
- Ensure LSMW correctness and availability for the data upload in SAP
- Plan Data Load Cycles and technical data load dependencies for all data objects and Track Data Load Status
