A small team consisting of a PO, a junior developer, a QA, and myself as Lead Developer. Close collaboration with the business teams.
My Role
I led the development of the application end-to-end:
- Integration of pricing and targeting rules
- Visualization of geographic coverage and business criteria
- Real-time campaign simulation
- Automated email delivery of results

- Full adoption by sales teams, tool used daily
