With extensive experience across various Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning, I bring a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and project management.

I excel in maintaining and optimizing workflows, leading workshops, and gathering and documenting requirements. My proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git ensures streamlined project execution. I have a proven track record in both commercial and non-profit sectors, having worked with clients like Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG, Volta Trucks, and jobs4refugees.

Certified in multiple Salesforce domains, I am adept at both technical and strategic roles, from Salesforce Admin to Lead Solution Architect. My goal is to empower organizations to leverage Salesforce to its fullest potential, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. 

I started my Salesforce career back in 2014 and have worked with global clients from different industries, like:
