Since the beginning of 2022, I started the side project for the company-wide integration of the MDT (Medical Device Template) in Polarion, mainly regarding risk management (including mitigation from the perspective of the higher level requirement, failure mode, cause of failure). Leading the modelling of the software & hardware architecture was the fundamental preparation for the hole pilot project. Additionally, my team and I customised our Polarion extension for the company (Requirements Sentence Template based on IREB standards (Template) + Glossary Automation Integration).

Since 2014, I have been working as an external consultant in projects with a focus on process management and requirements engineering (Polarion). In the process, I advised well-known customers such as HUK-Coburg and Audi AG. The strategic projects were group-wide and thus cross-market. The coordination of the different language departments such as SEAT, Lamborghini, Ducati, Volkswagen and Audi were very diversified and challenging. A uniform process management was designed, coordinated and implemented by me in all brands (Innovator/ARIS). This also includes the objective statistical collection of process key figures and their visualization for the management area, as well as the design of an interactive process map.
In 2019, I took on the lead role of Requirements Manager at an American medical device company. This included the complete structuring of the requirements documents incl. structure and communication, as well as the design of the system architecture in coordination with the requirements (Twin Peaks Model). In addition, I was a consultant for the implementation of the requirements from Polarion ALM to Azure DevOps.
