* SAP Support to various clients on SAP Solution Manager 7.2
* Managed System Configuration in SAP Solution Manager.
* Assist with Implementing CHaRM and support.
* Managed System Configuration for Backend Systems.
* ITSM Configuration and setup.
* Custom Code Management setup.
* System Monitoring setup.
* Provide RunSAP Support for SAP environment.
* Provide Technical Support on Solution Manager.
* System Monitoring in SAP Solution Manager.
* Perform Root Cause Analysis checks for Solution Manager.
* Perform SAP Administration Tasks.
* Check if all agents are connected.
* Prepare Functional and Technical Roadmap for Solution Manager.
* Setup and Monitoring of EarlyWatch Alert Reports for all SAP systems.
* Data Volume Management setup.
* Setup and activate email notification for service desk in SAP Solution Manager.
* Setup SMD and Host Agents for Managed Systems.
* Check background jobs and investigate failed jobs.
* SLD Registration for HANA system on HANA Studio.
* SLD and LMDB system registration
* Service Level Reporting setup.
* PI and PO Monitoring setup.
* Scope & Effort Analyzer (SEA)
