Project manager for replacing the existing fixed voicemail platform in CH. Responsible for a interfeerence free resplacement of the existing voicemail service platfrom, including the necessary adaptations of all operational processess and procedures, customer communication, IT changes affecting all automated servie processes.
Responsible (commercial, technical, operational) for the entire program to introduction and rollout of the 1Gps Internet Service in the entire UPC-CH footprint. The program consisted of four individual projects ("1Gbps - CPE", "capacity expansion in the CATV network", "Docsis 3.1 Rollout", "Commercial 1Gbps Product introduction").
