The customer's customer service receives many calls. The aim is to better manage the call volume through various measures and to handle customers as far as possible through automated solutions (e.g. customer self-service offers).
Objective: Support for the previous mobile app framework Xamarin will expire at the end of the year. In order to continue to operate the customer's large
apps, a migration to.NET MAUI is necessary.

Objective: In my work as a lecturer, teaching units are invoiced. These are 45 minutes long. In my time recording system "Clockodo", however, I can only bill at the hourly rate. I would therefore like to obtain the data from Clockodo on a monthly basis, summarize it by day and convert the hours into teaching units in order to be able to issue correct invoices.
