Hi, i am Product Owner for Banking products with focus in Finance and Compliance, but open for interesting topics and innovation in other fields and industries.
In the last years i have worked on E2E delivery for various customers in different countries. I have been responsible for requirements engineering, development, testing and rollout management as the team lead and creating tailored processes for best fit. Additionally i have built Data Quality Management frameworks and enhanced exisiting ones to increase robustness on the overall data pipeline.
Working in different Agile environments i have planned together with the customer and the team multiple QBRs and Sprints, delivered the targeted Epics, Objectives and Stories and improved with innovation sprints and retrospectives.
I have worked with various, different scaled Data environments. Classical Oracle or MS SQL Data bases, Big data environments with Hive and Hadoop as well as Cloud technology like Google Cloud.
