Infrastructure Project Manager

End to End Project Delivery working through the Scope from New User Creation,Procurement,Build,Testing to Transition
Data Center Build(Core Network , Security and Wireless)
Milestone Deliverable(Palo Alto Firewall,IBM Qradar SIEM,Prisma SSL VPN Web Proxy,Proofpoint,Symantec DCS)
Core Network Deliverables(VRF Provisioning,Express Route MPLS Link Upgrade

* Projects - requirements mapping, consulting, project response , level of effort determination,
equipment specification, and implementation recommendations and guidance.

* Security Architecture- Creating technically sound security designs that are compliant with the
customer's security policies, and manageable from the 24x7 SOC. Also responsible for
maintaining standards, CPE, and version control for custom MSS engagements.

* Operations Support -third or fourth level Operations Support

* Provides direct supervision and coaching of the Lead Infrastructure Engineers and Service
Delivery Managers
* Managing SLAs and implementing process change to underpin contractual SLAs
* Collaboration with the Vendors and internal departments
* Carry out regular performance reviews and objectives setting, including regular 1:1 sessions
* Implementing Palo Alto Security Policies , use of Panorama and URL Filtering
* F5 ,Cisco ACS configuration migration and fault finding
